A Day in the Life

You will ensure adequate supply with appropriate upside potential is designed into the New Product Development(NPD) supply chain process to meet demand, representing Supply Chain in the NPD process from Concept throughCommercialization.

You will:

•Represent Supply Chain on the NPD core teams, ensures successful global launches where supply ispositioned to meet customer demand.

•Create New SKU set ups including all master data and planning parameters

•Assures that Eone commercial system is ready and activated to transact after Authorization to Market

•Coordinate Product Introduction initial shipments, and subsequent regional shipments to support productlaunch in each region.

•Collaborate with the manufacturing source to ensure full understanding of manufacturing process, toexecute to project expectation at launch.

•Identify and monitors all supply risk. Works with team to ensure that risk is identified, communicatedand mitigated. Take the lead to ensure supply.

•Develop scenarios to test capacity constraints. Monitors constraints vs demand throughout program.

•Collaborate with Global Marketing and Demand planning to load early Global Regional Forecasts to drivedemand early in the project. Update and communicate global forecast revisions at each Stage Gate.

•Communicate NPD Launch activities and timing to Regional Planning teams. Assure Regional teams areready to receive product at Launch.

•Create Build Plan that supports Product Launch objectives in collaboration with Plant Manufacturing ,Advanced Engineering, Materials, Planning, RD ,PMO

•Develop Allocation Plan with Marketing for Limited or constrained launches and coordinates executionwith customer service and CRP during manual allocation to minimize back order

•Lead SOP portfolio reviews and provide Launch Readiness assessment- receives appropriate level ofapproval for Limited Launch situations

•Create and Updates Inventory Tracker to communicate Launch progress to Global Marketing and ProjectTeam. Including on hand inventory, forecast v demand, back orders and recovery to stock levels.

•Provide data and support for monthly PDT presentations

•Provide monthly NPD summary communication to Regional Planning teams

•Develop checklist and conducts project review with Demand/Supply Planner to ensure smooth transition toIn Line Planning teams

Must Have: Minimum Qualifications

You must hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or Supply Chain related field plusrelevant knowledge and 5+ years of experience working in a Supply Chain / Manufacturing environment at a seniorlevel, Sr. Planner/Master Scheduler, and Project management experience required

•Demonstrated through past experience a pro-active nature, drive for measurable results and focus oncontinuous improvement. Experience working in a complex manufacturing, supply chain environment and projectmanagement with a cross-functional teams

•Excellent mathematics/analytics/statistical skills demonstrated through education or professionalbackground( preferred)

•Can demonstrate through past experience a pro-active nature, can-do, innovative, collaborative style,drive and track record of delivering measurable results and focus on continuous improvement

•Proven ability to meet and maintain customer / business expectations and requirements

Nice to Have

•MS, MBA a plus

•NPD/Operations and/or Supply Chain Management leadership experience a distinct plus.

•Medical Device/ Medical Supplies Manufacturing experience a plus.

•Excellent statistical and mathematics skills

•APICs CPIM/CSCP and/or Project Management Certification desirable

•Software skills including MS Office (Access Excel focus)

•Working knowledge of SAP, JDE and/or Manugistics preferred

•Excellent written and verbal communication

•Demonstrated project management skills
