**A Day in the Life**

You will contribute to shared cross functional goals on a Core Team.

You will be responsible for defining operations deliverables for the project and managing completion of these deliverables.

You will develop effective project goals, work breakdown structures, responsibility matrices and the operations portion of the project schedule with the extended team.

You will represent all functions within operations and supply chain on the core Team.

You will work with development teams to understand product requirement forecasts and coordinate with manufacturing sites to ensure that adequate production capacity is planned.

You will proactively identify and manage operations related program risks.

You will communicate, coordinate and lead cross-functional efforts across operations (extended team).

You will identify operations costs and resource requirements for the program.

You will ensure critical issues are adequately discussed in preparation for PRC meetings.

You will support Operations PDP continuous improvement efforts.

**Must Haves - Minimum Requirements**

We are looking for a qualified person with a Bachelors degree in Engineering or related discipline and with 7+ years relevant experience

**Nice to Have**

You are a dynamic team player and leader and can work effectively and proactively on cross-functional teams.

You are strong on interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.

You have proven ability to manage the activities of one or more medium scale projects or selection of projects.

You will have demonstrated ability to build effective relationships across organizations and geographies.

You will have strong leadership capabilities; building, motivating, coaching and directing cross-functional teams and team members to meet project objectives.

You have practical program management experience working with changing business priorities and the ability to juggle multiple initiatives with short delivery windows.

You have proven the ability to interface and influence executive leadership.

You have strong knowledge of project management best practices .

You are a good communicator and fluent in English, both in writing and speaking.
