**A day in the life of:**

Reporting to the Senior Product Manager (Neurosurgery) for ANZ, you will be working closely to:

+ Develop and execute appropriate marketing strategies to drive market share for the Neurosurgery products within Australia / NZ, including new product launches.

+ Provide clinical support within ANZ for the Sales Team and be the expert reference for Neurosurgery product range. Initiate product training when and where necessary for the ANZ Sales Team.

**Key Accountabilities:**

+ Develop and maintain productive working relationships within Neurosurgery business and Medtronic to ensure maximum sales support, high level of customer service and contributions to the development of a strong team effort

+ Preparation of competitor profiling and objection handling tools for sales team

+ Development of sales aid and promotional materials for product range

+ Field work as required to develop Key Opinion Leaders relationships and support the product range

+ Work with reimbursement to secure highest rebate level possible for MDT prosthesis in the Neurosurgery portfolio

+ Manage pricing strategy and implementation of this strategy with the internal organization and with customers

+ Take part in sales meeting and marketing meeting presentations including strategy delivery

+ Work with customer service, inventory control, regional and global Medtronic resources, to provide the sales team with support for their activities: Managing stock levels including forecasting and inventory for all Neurological products including short-dated and slow-moving stock

**Must Have:**

+ Proven years of experience within the medical device or pharmaceutical industries.

+ Analytical, Creative and Disciplined – having a demonstrated ability to generate insights from various inputs, produce innovative concepts, and see them come through from inception to implementation.

+ Results-oriented with good organisation and time-management skills, including working independently and unsupervised. Able to prioritise, handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

+ Excellent organizational and project management skills.

+ Demonstrable ability to build solid relationships with external and internal stakeholders at all levels.

+ Demonstrable negotiation and influencing skills in a matrix organization.
